What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign up, your email address is also added to our marketing system (Mautic, self-hosted on our own infrastructure) so we can send onboarding and product emails.

How we use it

Account data is used to operate the service: authentication, session management, and transactional or onboarding email. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for authentication and a locale cookie for language preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Data retention & your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting seansp@gmail.com. Backups are retained on a 7-day daily / 4-week weekly / 3-month monthly rotation and then deleted.
